Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) (f/m/x)

What you’ll be working on

You’ll join a team responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of digital insurance solutions and customer-facing services.

Our products include:

• Health and wellbeing applications (web and mobile)
• Digital insurance sales journeys
• Customer self-service solutions, including policy changes, data updates, and cancellations
• Integrations with external partners and industry services
• Security and compliance initiatives, including DORA-related solutions

Rather than being assigned to a single product, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple systems and business domains, gaining broad technical and business exposure.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
• Implement business requirements in collaboration with analysts and product owners
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
• Build integrations with internal and external systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when needed
• Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development practices
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders

Must-have

• 3+ years of commercial experience in software development
• Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Experience designing and building REST APIs
• Experience working with relational databases
• Practical knowledge of Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks
• Good knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development
• Experience working with TypeScript
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with event-driven systems and messaging platforms
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, MassTransit, Kafka, or similar technologies
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Experience building cloud-native applications
• Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
