DevOps Engineer

Description

As a DevOps engineer at an AI product company, you will define and create the platform for deploying, managing, and optimizing distributed systems across on-premises infrastructure, multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Kubernetes.

The system leverages multiple LLMs, graph and vector databases, and data from multiple sources to power AI solutions. You will ensure infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure, supporting seamless product delivery. The role combines cloud technologies and database-management expertise and involves integrating AI and machine-learning workflows on modern GPUs.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• 3 years of experience working with Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with data integration and management from multiple sources in a distributed-system environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go; and experience with automation scripting.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security principles, including compliance with data-protection regulations.
• Experience building platforms with custom deployment models.
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English at minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Database-management proficiency, specifically Neo4j and vector databases, including setup, scaling, and performance and reliability optimization.
• Experience deploying and running machine-learning solutions, including LLMs.
