Active Directory / PowerShell Engineer

£500–£550 per day, Inside IR35

• Initial 6-month engagement
• 2–3 days on site

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver production-level code for Active Directory (AD) development, focusing on PowerShell scripting and adhering to best practices and security controls.
• Contribute to the development of a testing framework for ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Utilize Azure experience to enhance AD functionalities and security.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory (AD) development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in PowerShell scripting, including best practices and security controls.
• Experience with Azure to enhance AD functionalities and security.
• Experience managing and assigning work using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in an Agile/Kanban environment.
• Experience working in a highly regulated domain such as banking is desirable.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across various time zones.

This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and offers the opportunity to make substantial contributions to AD development. Flexibility in working hours may be required because of time-zone differences among team members.
