As a Senior C++ Developer, you will contribute to critical banking projects that enhance financial services and improve client experience in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for banking solutions.
• Integrate REST APIs to enable seamless communication and data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues to ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.
• Support deployment processes and provide technical guidance within the team.

You're ideal for this role if you have

• At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Proven experience with REST API integration.
• Knowledge of Java is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of Polish.
• Communicative English skills.

Strong plus

• Additional certifications in software development or related fields.
• Experience working within financial or banking environments.
