Senior Machine Learning

The project focuses on developing scalable Machine Learning systems in areas such as optimization, pricing, recommendations, and Causal AI. The role supports the development of new AI/ML products and takes ownership of end-to-end model delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and productionize AI/ML solutions, including cloud deployment in Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
• Deliver models end to end, including MLOps monitoring, automation, and maintenance
• Solve advanced predictive, optimization, and recommendation problems using modern Machine Learning methods
• Build solutions based on Causal AI and develop tools leveraging LLM engines
• Create scalable, high-performance ML systems that support key business decisions
• Design tools and solutions with the Product Owner, Data Scientists, and Analysts, focusing on the highest-value areas

Requirements

Must-have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL
• Practical experience with machine learning, scikit-learn, and Git
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (MLOps)
• Independence, proactivity, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Airflow, Bash, Terraform, CI/CD, unit testing, or A/B testing
• Knowledge of cloud environments and pipeline orchestration
