.Net Developer

Salary: Up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)

Work Model: Hybrid (75% remote)

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a prominent and stable financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT systems, including Oracle-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business end-users to gather and analyze requirements and translate broad business concepts into actionable tasks.
• Actively participate in internal software testing.
• Create and update technical and functional system documentation.
• Collaborate on the development of new solutions and shape technical directions.
• Implement data-quality improvements in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.
• Review technical specifications and project documentation provided by third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of programming experience using C#, .NET (including 4.5), WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML and MVC .NET.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013.
• Solid experience developing web applications.
• Knowledge of unit testing and test automation processes.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Practical experience designing and developing IT systems for the financial sector or organizations of similar complexity.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to precisely define business and system requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with business clients, internal teams and external suppliers.
• High degree of independence, goal orientation and organizational skills.
• Native Polish and advanced English for working with technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and XP methodologies.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• Practical experience with at least one CASE tool, such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, and UML.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and knowledge of ITIL.
