Introduction & Summary

The role of Business Continuity & Crisis Management Specialist aims to enhance organizational resilience by developing comprehensive crisis management and business continuity strategies. This specialist will conduct business impact analyses, ensure the continuity of critical functions, and provide training on crisis management protocols. Key skills include expertise in risk management frameworks and hands-on experience with crisis management tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to assess potential impacts of disruptions.
• Develop, update, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for operational recovery.
• Design and deliver training programs on crisis management protocols.
• Promote a culture of preparedness through awareness campaigns.
• Create and maintain documentation required by the Operational Resilience Framework.

Key Requirements

• Risk Management framework knowledge.
• Understanding of BCM lifecycle including risk assessment and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Basic expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Experience drafting and updating resilience plans and training materials.
• Hands-on experience with Everbridge for crisis management and incident response.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 22301.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Professional English proficiency in a business context.
