Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to shaping a new shopping experience for customers and improving mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into robust, high-performance mobile experiences. This role is suited to someone with solid mobile development experience, strong software engineering principles, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Engineers who enjoy staying versatile and occasionally exploring technology beyond their core iOS focus are welcome.

Important things for you

  • Flexible working hours in a 4/1 hybrid model, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Salary range, depending on skill set, on a contract of employment with tax-deductible costs: PLN 18,850–25,900.
  • Annual bonus based on annual performance and company results.
  • Team based in Poznań and Kraków.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy features for the iOS application, ensuring high quality, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement innovative mobile solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and maintain high code-quality standards across the iOS platform.
  • Join a mobile community of more than 100 developers that shares knowledge through daily code reviews, internal tech talks, and dedicated time for personal skill development.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues within the iOS app.
  • Stay current with iOS technologies, including Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple SDKs, as well as mobile industry trends.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Fluency in Swift and the iOS SDK.
  • Solid knowledge of SwiftUI, Combine, and Swift Concurrency.
  • Ability to write unit tests using XCTest and Swift Testing, snapshot tests using SnapshotTesting, and UI tests using XCUITest.
  • Experience collaborating with backend engineers and product teams.
  • Practical experience with modular architecture.
  • Experience developing and scaling large codebases.
  • Knowledge of Apple Liquid Glass design language and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency using AI-assisted tools, such as GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, or other agentic coding tools, in daily software development.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with large-scale, high-traffic mobile applications.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with the Android ecosystem or backend development, or a strong willingness to expand into these areas.
  • Openness to working across mobile platforms or exploring backend systems as cross-functional teams evolve.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
