Who You Are - 6+ years of experience building and operating distributed backend services. - Strong professional experience with Java and Python. Java is essential; Python is a plus because much of the team's tooling is built in it. - Experience designing and developing gRPC/HTTP APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. - Experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure in production environments. - Ownership of systems throughout their full lifecycle, from design through production support. - Effective collaboration with machine learning teams and cross-functional partners. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
