Intern Low Code Consultant (Mendix, Power Platform, with German)

Your role

Low-code is a fast-growing technology for building applications visually with intuitive drag-and-drop tools. It focuses on logic, collaboration, and understanding business processes, enabling solutions to be delivered quickly.

As an Intern Low-Code Consultant, you will learn how to design and configure low-code applications. This entry-level role combines structured onboarding, hands-on learning, and real project work, with close support from experienced consultants and developers.

Your project

The Low-Code Hub builds expertise across low-code technologies and works with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. The team delivers solutions that accelerate application development, streamline workflows, integrate systems, and support innovation.

Your tasks

• Create low-code solutions by configuring process logic, forms, and business rules.
• Support international projects for large organizations with guidance from experienced team members.
• Work in an agile, collaborative team, delivering solutions iteratively and adapting to change.
• Verify and validate implemented solutions, identify issues, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Document work and decisions to support clarity, quality, and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously develop low-code skills through hands-on practice, internal training, and project assignments.

Your profile

• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and an interest in understanding end-to-end processes.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and manage expectations pragmatically.
• Ownership of work, attention to quality, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Confident communication in English; German proficiency is a major plus.
• No prior low-code or programming experience is required; learning support is provided from the ground up.

Your development path

During the first months, you will learn a specific low-code platform step by step through self-learning materials and hands-on guidance from experienced colleagues. You will gradually support real project work, starting with well-defined tasks and taking on increasing responsibility for the design, configuration, and improvement of business processes. Development is supported through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with consultants and developers.
