Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Developer at a mid-to-senior level to join a growing team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust customizations, extensions, and integrations within a D365 ecosystem.

You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. As a Mid/Senior developer, you will help guide architectural decisions, optimize performance, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

Custom Development

  • Design and implement extensions, customizations, and new functionality using X++, MorphX, and the Visual Studio development environment.

Integrations

  • Develop and maintain secure, high-performance data integrations using Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF), OData, Logic Apps, Dual-write, and Azure Integration Services.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and modify complex business reports using Electronic Reporting (ER), SSRS, and Power BI.

Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full application lifecycle using Azure DevOps, including version control, branch strategies, and automated build/release pipelines (CI/CD).

Performance Tuning

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in X++ code, SQL queries, and integration touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience specifically with Dynamics 365 F&SCM (AX7) or AX 2012.
  • Strong proficiency in X++ object-oriented programming and the D365 extensibility framework (no overlayering).
  • Solid understanding of core D365 data structures and frameworks, such as Ledger, InventDim, and Cust/Vend.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure tools related to D365, including Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, including optimized queries, views, and data tracking.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, with the ability to participate in technical discussions, document code architecture, and communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset regarding code quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience extending D365 using Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dataverse.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MB-300 (Core) or MB-500 (Apps Developer).
  • Specialized technical knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), or Retail/Commerce.
  • Baseline understanding of financial or supply chain business processes.
