Senior AI Engineer (LLMs, Python)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior AI Engineer with a solid software engineering background in Python. This is an opportunity to grow skills in Generative AI and LLMs while working with an experienced team on projects that support professional growth and continuous learning.

Projects

• Build a backend system for an AI-powered industrial-engineering platform that uses LLMs to transform complex technical documents into a structured knowledge graph, enabling semantic search, automated documentation, and smarter knowledge management.
• Implement, deploy, and further develop an automotive data solution for processing and analyzing multiple document types, especially digital file formats; extract key information, identify complex relationships across data sources, and integrate the solution with existing infrastructure.
• Develop AI solutions supporting software engineering, including advanced source-code repository analysis, relationship discovery across files and documentation, grammatical rules for unknown programming languages, and automated training-content generation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of scalable AI systems, including LLMs and GenAI, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Help transform Data Science prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Build and enhance backend components for advanced AI systems using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Ensure code quality and apply good software-engineering practices.
• Participate in deploying and maintaining solutions in cloud environments, including GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial software-engineering experience with Python.
• Strong Python programming skills, including clean-code practices and OOP design.
• Hands-on commercial experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• Solid understanding of software-design principles.
• Experience with backend frameworks, such as FastAPI, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Practical experience in a cloud environment: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Practical experience and strong interest in Data Science and Machine Learning.

Nice to Have

• A personal project or practical experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Node.js, Nest.js, or TypeScript.
• Interest in current GenAI trends, including Intelligent Document Processing, embeddings, vector databases, and open-source LLMs.
