Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Salesforce Developer to join the engineering team, specializing in the enhancement and integration of Salesforce within operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Salesforce development and demonstrate exceptional communication skills while thriving in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be integral in optimizing technology solutions.

• Testing and implementing applications
• Producing technical documentation
• Performing reviews of data
• Providing technical plans and solutions to business teams
• Developing solutions to enhance company-wide processes
• Reviewing custom-developed code and making necessary adjustments

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Expertise in the Salesforce platform, including workflows, assignment rules, and triggers
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including XP, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience with third-party applications such as Conga and DocuSign
• Experience with Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Vonage (New Voice Media) telephony systems
