UX Designer

The Product team is seeking a passionate, strategic, and hands-on UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of complex product areas, from discovery and research through final delivery. You will be a key design voice in cross-functional conversations, helping shape both what is designed and why. You will work with designers on web, mobile, and desktop applications and help evolve the Design System.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end UX for well-defined features and user flows, owning work from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and contribute innovative solutions.
• Produce design artifacts across fidelities: user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma.
• Leverage AI tools, including Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, and others, to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content generation, design iteration, and prototyping.
• Participate in user research activities, including usability testing and interviews, and translate findings into design improvements.
• Incorporate quantitative and qualitative user feedback to iterate on and improve designs.
• Present work clearly and confidently in team critiques and stakeholder reviews, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Contribute to the Design System by applying and documenting components and patterns consistently.
• Collaborate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback constructively.
• Support design operations and documentation as team processes evolve.

Your Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS applications; website or marketing creative design experience does not qualify.
• Required portfolio demonstrating solid design thinking, user-centered problem solving, and quality execution.
• Good-to-strong proficiency with Figma.
• Growing comfort using AI tools, such as Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, in design and research workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean UX principles and user research methods.
• Experience working with or contributing to a Design System.
• Minimalistic, modern, and clean design sensibilities.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment in close collaboration with Engineering and Product.
