UX/UI Researcher

At Pretius we are looking for UX/UI Researcher to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project.Location: WarsawWork mode: hybrid (2 days per week in the office)Project / RoleCollaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various research objectives.Recommend appropriate research methods based on project goals, timelines, and constraints.Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.Develop discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials.Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository.Contribute to the development of consistent research processes and documentation standards. RequirementsBachelor’s degree design, computer science or psychology.3-5 years of experience UX research, market research, or related experience.Experienced working with Figma and Zeplin.Examples of research methods applied in current or previous role.Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team.Fluent English (min. B2).
