UX/UI Researcher

Project / Role

UX/UI Researcher for a global-scale platform in the gaming and lotteries field.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various research objectives.
• Recommend appropriate research methods based on project goals, timelines, and constraints.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.
• Develop discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and usability-testing materials.
• Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository.
• Contribute to the development of consistent research processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or psychology.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a related field.
• Experience working with Figma and Zeplin.
• Examples of research methods applied in a current or previous role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Fluent English, minimum B2.
