Product Designer

The Product Design Team delivers intuitive, smart, and scalable web interfaces for complex platforms. This role is suited to a full-skilled Product Designer who solves complex problems, takes end-to-end ownership, and designs products people rely on daily.

You Will

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first), from problem discovery and user flows to wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA.
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and fellow designers; participate in refinements, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specifications.
• Work within and expand the Design System in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts; report gaps and co-create new patterns.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Optimize daily workflow and user interactions by leveraging modern AI tools.
• Design effectively under technical, business, and real-world system constraints.

Desired Experience

• 4+ years of overall design experience, including at least 2 years in a product team.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break complex problems into actionable components.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative data and analytics tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Proven UX research experience: usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and research analysis, including AI optimization.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals in a web development context for effective communication with frontend developers.
• English fluency at B2+ level minimum.
• High independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization.
• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency.
• Solid proficiency with AI tools in a daily design workflow.
• A portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing products in the AdTech domain.
• Experience designing complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM tools.
• Advanced mastery of AI tools for design and process automation.

Selected Technologies

• Figma (Design System, Components, Tokens, Auto-layout)
• HTML / CSS (foundational knowledge for dev handoff)
• AI tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT
