Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer I (Mobile), you will help shape mobile experiences, making them more user-friendly, innovative, and useful. You will work closely with product management, designers, and engineers to create unified and valuable mobile experiences.

Compensation

$7,900–$8,300 USD per month (B2B).

What you’ll do

• Create a product that improves users’ lives for 75k unique daily users with a 4.6-star App Store rating.
• Design simple, beautiful mobile-centric product experiences that make a measurable difference in the daily lives of service professionals.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals.
• Facilitate and participate in user research and testing; use findings to continually improve the work.
• Shape and expand user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes.
• Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns.
• Bring new ideas and mobile experiences to the team and define next-generation interfaces.
• Provide guidelines and documentation for teams building products, supporting the delivery of an easy-to-use product.
• Drive team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Expertise in best-in-class mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility.
• Portfolio highlighting design patterns and product architecture created or substantially contributed to.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AI prototyping and exploration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams.
• Proven experience improving team efficiency or output quality through AI tools and automation.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Additional information

Availability between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET is required for collaboration with US-based stakeholders. This role is open to candidates in Poland. Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on skills and experience.
