What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from proposal stage and architectural design through implementation, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Drive projects in alignment with standardized industry procedures, quality assurance guidelines, and formal documentation standards, including ECSS.
• Track schedules, manage project budgets, allocate resources, and maintain proactive risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary software development and engineering teams.
• Produce formal project documentation, including compliance matrices, status reports, and verification records.
• Maintain active communication with international clients, space agencies, and partners.

To Succeed, You’ll Need

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in an IT software development environment.
• High fluency in English (C1 minimum), written and spoken, for daily international stakeholder interaction.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects with high levels of formalization, structured processes, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 days per week.
• Academic background or technical experience in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace, or related engineering disciplines.

Great Additions

• Prior experience in the space, aerospace, or satellite software sector.
• Working knowledge of additional European languages.
• Familiarity with space-grade software standards.
