AI Product & Delivery Manager - AI & Procurement Innovation (h/f)

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Product Management experience in a large, complex enterprise environment
• Proven experience taking digital/AI initiatives from business problem definition through solution selection, delivery, and adoption
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile software delivery teams and backlog management
• Experience assessing solution models: SaaS, custom build, vendor-led, hybrid
• Experience navigating enterprise governance across Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Data
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors, consulting partners, or external development teams
• AI, data, analytics, or automation delivery experience strongly preferred
• Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, or Finance domain exposure a plus
• Fluent English required; French a plus

Tasks & Deliverables

• Shape product vision, roadmap, value proposition, and business case with stakeholders
• Benchmark vendors, technologies, and internal capabilities; recommend buy/build/partner/hybrid solution models
• Act as a hands-on Product Owner: manage backlog, epics, user stories, and daily delivery discussions with developers and technical teams
• Navigate enterprise portfolio governance, validation gates, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Lead solution delivery and partner coordination through adoption, scale, and value realization
