Software Engineer - Matrix42

In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintain Matrix42 Empirum, including system maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Create software packages, integrate new drivers into OS templates, maintain driver packages, and support installation processes via WinPE.
• Troubleshoot issues related to patch management, depot server synchronization, installation processes, and endpoint deployment.
• Operate and maintain Matrix42 Service Store in Azure, including system maintenance, manual adjustments after updates, workflow maintenance, service stability, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain employee workflows, web interfaces, manually created imports, and integrations.
• Use scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JScript to support automation, workflow development, and system integration.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Matrix42 Empirum, including administration, software packaging, driver integration, OS deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Matrix42 Service Store administration, ideally including Azure-based operations, workflow maintenance, troubleshooting, and post-update adjustments.
• Knowledge of Matrix42 Workflow Studio and the ability to create, extend, or maintain workflows.
• Solid Windows administration experience and the ability to troubleshoot endpoint management, patching, installation, and depot synchronization issues.
• Good understanding of MS SQL databases in the context of Matrix42 operations and integrations.
