As one of the founding engineers of a new Engineering Hub in Krakow, you will help shape engineering culture, set standards, mentor future teammates, and contribute to a product used by finance teams globally. You will bring hands-on engineering skills and a growth mindset to a fast-moving team that takes quality seriously, leveraging modern AI development tools such as Claude and Cursor to deliver high-impact features for a mission-critical enterprise platform.

You'll Get To

• Take full ownership of complex features from concept to production; write clean, performant, well-tested code for a mission-critical enterprise application.
• Use agentic development tools, including Cursor and Claude, to accelerate design, coding and testing.
• Design and implement scalable, robust and maintainable solutions for the core SaaS platform.
• Partner with product managers, designers and engineers to refine requirements, contribute to the technical roadmap and deliver customer value.
• Build systems with a focus on performance, reliability and security for a global user base.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor through code reviews, knowledge sharing and best practices.

Technical / Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated expertise using AI-driven development tools, such as Cursor and Claude, to improve engineering velocity and quality.
• Strong experience designing, building and deploying production-grade, scalable and secure SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in C#, including deep understanding of software architecture, data structures and algorithms.
• Proven track record of driving complex projects from ambiguous requirements to successful launch.
• Strong foundation in modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong observability mindset: logging, metrics and distributed tracing across microservices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across time zones.

• Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, elegant technical solutions.
• Experience building software in a regulated industry, such as finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and experience building applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and their application in software development.

Work Arrangement

Candidates living within a reasonable commute of an office are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
