Unity Developer

As a Unity Developer, you’ll work on a large-scale, highly optimized Unity codebase serving millions of concurrent users globally. The product is a sophisticated, evolving system requiring strong architectural thinking, performance optimization expertise, and the ability to maintain quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment.
• Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes through system architecture.
• Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices.
• Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of an OOP language, such as C#, and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and strong communication skills.
