Unreal Engine C++ Developer

Being a developer means

• Working in different areas, e.g. Gameplay, AI, and Engine, making new features and supporting existing ones
• Meeting people from different areas of game development
• Supporting different platforms and stores from Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, and others
• Participating in architectural decisions, designing new systems and modules, or prototyping new features
• Performance optimizations
• Going through each stage of the game development pipeline and release of the game

Requirements

• Commercial experience with C++ and Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Experience with popular subsystems, e.g. Gameplay Ability System, Behavior Trees, and UMG
• Comprehension of the Unreal Engine memory management model
• Good understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++-specific notions
• Practical knowledge of Blueprint scripting
• Good communication skills and fluent spoken English
