Our operations team is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure. Work night shift 18:00 - 2:00.

Role Description

A Senior Network Operations Engineer joins a skilled 24x7 team ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale network infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams supports CDN and cloud compute platforms while driving improvements in network observability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across all systems and components.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate resolution efforts to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Lead and support the resolution of critical technical incidents effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide expertise during incident response and conduct operational reviews to ensure thorough analysis and effective resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain alerts, runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to enhance fault detection and operational visibility effectively.
• Develop and maintain operational tools, automation, and technical documentation to support extensive network infrastructure effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Relevant hands-on experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Strong expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching; CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
