  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA General Surgery residency program
  • Surgical Critical Care fellowship training
  • BE/BC in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
  • Experience is a plus; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wyoming
