Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (for example, ideation to execution, end-to-end, or 0 to 1).
  • 5 years of people-management experience with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technology- or business-related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience building and deploying Marketing Technology (MarTech) products.
  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • Experience in an enterprise customer-facing role.

Description

Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business perspectives. Break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development.

The Product Management team works closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. The role guides products throughout the execution cycle, with responsibility for analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to users.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), overseeing collaboration with partner teams such as engineers, PgMs, and UX during product design.
  • Own and oversee the definition of product roadmaps.
  • Develop and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction.
  • Oversee validation of market size and opportunity, including user-based, opportunity, and business assessments.
  • Lead the team in defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics for new or existing products or business ventures.
