Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience working in a creative technology, prototyping, or a related hybrid technical-creative role.
  • A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology design.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into creative outputs or demonstrations.
  • Experience with design tools and prototyping, along with human-centered and iterative design methodologies.
  • Experience with multiple coding languages and technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, C++, Python, Java, and Go.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to products and services presented across major media, content, channels, and experiences. You will work in a flexible, evolving environment with a deeply cross-functional team, generating multiple concepts for major media and inspiring vendor partners through ideas and effective solutions.

The role involves hands-on designing, mocking, writing, and prototyping, with an emphasis on showing rather than telling. You will develop breakthrough creative, provide and receive clear creative direction and feedback, and support high-profile U.S. launch moments, including digital events, product releases, demos, and sandboxes.

As a Creative Technologist, you will apply a passion for designing technology to develop creative experiences through tangible forms, content, or new tools. You will take initiative in coding and prototyping while leading by example and advancing creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype interactive demos.
  • Experiment with various APIs and libraries.
  • Adapt quickly and learn new technologies and platforms.
  • Implement back-end services and set up environments.
  • Work with designers, writers, programmers, and creatives; represent the technical side of Events and Experiences; foster agency relationships; and coordinate internally with product teams.
