We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester to join an on-site product team in Wrocław working on cutting-edge mobile applications connected to smart heating and IoT ecosystems. In this role, you will combine mobile quality assurance with real-device hardware testing, API verification, and close developer collaboration. Responsibilities

• Mobile & Hardware Testing: Conduct comprehensive end-to-end manual testing of Flutter-based mobile applications on physical iOS and Android devices connected with smart heating units, sensors, and benchtop hardware setups.

• Defect Management & Tracking: Author clear, structured bug reports, edge-case documentation, and track issues through resolution using Jira or Linear.

• API & Log Verification: Validate application behavior, backend communication, and data integrity using REST APIs, log analysis, and basic SQL queries.

• AI-Augmented QA Workflows: Actively utilize Generative AI tools to generate test scenarios, analyze product requirements, refine QA documentation, and accelerate testing efficiency.

• Agile Developer Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional developers to verify bug fixes, refine acceptance criteria, and optimize overall software delivery quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in manual mobile app testing (iOS & Android) and hands-on exposure to testing software integrated with IoT devices/hardware.

• Core Tech Stack & Tools:

  • Mobile Frameworks & OS: Flutter applications, native iOS, native Android

  • Testing & Tools: Mobile Testing, API Verification (Postman or similar), basic SQL, log analysis

  • AI-Driven Testing: Daily hands-on usage of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for test generation and workflow optimization

  • Issue Tracking & Hardware: Jira, Linear, IoT Devices, Sensors, benchtop testing environments

• Recognized Certifications (Highly desirable):

  • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)

  • ISTQB Mobile Application Testing Specialist
