About the Role
Charm is growing fast, and reaching gigaton-scale carbon removal depends on bringing in exceptional people across every part of the company.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full lifecycle recruitment across Charm's teams — from field operations and engineering to corporate functions — partnering closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment plans that attract high-quality talent in a competitive climate tech and hardware market. You'll pair creative sourcing across diverse platforms with strong recruiting fundamentals to build robust candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and drive timely, effective hiring outcomes. You'll also help improve our internal recruiting processes and partner with the People Team to process talent management transactions.
This is a temp-to-permanent role with an initial 6-month period, reporting to the Sr. HR Operations Manager and sitting on the People Team. You'll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers across all functions at Charm.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct full lifecycle recruitment, applying a high-touch service approach and adapting as roles and priorities evolve.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality interview guides are used across all teams and functions.
- Coach hiring leaders on talent acquisition best practices that align with Charm's mission, values and commitment to building a diverse team.
- Respond to and resolve candidate questions throughout the process, and coordinate interview logistics and scheduling.
- Interpret and explain federal and state employment regulations and internal guidelines, ensuring every phase of hiring stays compliant.
- Document processes and keep recruiting resources current and participate in projects that improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Collaborate across People Team functions and partnering departments to process talent management transactions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Build knowledge of Charm's technology, open roles, and climate tech hiring trends to deliver high-touch service to candidates and hiring managers.
You'll be expected to be onsite 50% of the time.

- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on Engineering and Manufacturing specific roles.
