About the Role

The Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving execution, operational visibility, and program discipline across the organization. The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping and stakeholder alignment to workflow design, governance, and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Identify opportunities, resolve risks and blockers, and align stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Build and operate scalable workflows and operational processes.
  • Lead recurring operational reviews, syncs, and decision forums.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and risk indicators.

  • Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, policies, and operational playbooks.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in operations, business operations, program/project management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and systems-design approach.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
  • Strong Excel or equivalent data tool proficiency.
  • Comfort using AI tools for analysis and workflow optimization.
