About the Role
Product Counsel advise product and engineering teams and work cross-functionally across the organization. The role requires deep understanding of products and business operations and the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to product and engineering teams focusing on AI, personalization, creators, ads, and international expansion.
- Support teams building AI models and engagement-focused products.
- Partner with Legal and Public Policy leadership on product evolution under global laws.
- Build scalable legal review processes for strategic product initiatives.
- Collaborate across Legal, Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Business Development teams.
- Stay current on U.S. and international laws related to AI, privacy, intellectual property, content regulation, consumer protection, and advertising.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal experience in AI, privacy, consumer protection, or content regulation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- JD degree and bar admission or equivalent in good standing.

Annual Salary Range
