As a customer-facing technical expert and trusted GTM presales advisor, you'll partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos, and guide technical validation that drives deal velocity.
As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will also partner with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions from discovery through onboarding and expansion, while contributing through peer mentorship, repeatable playbooks, scalable GTM assets, and documented best practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical and business discovery to uncover pain points, success metrics, and buying criteria.
- Align platform capabilities to ROI through tailored demos and presentations.
- Design and run technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and stakeholder management.
- Support seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales onboarding and customer success.
- Advise on go-to-market optimization and provide product feedback from customer insights.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of presales experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success.
- Experience influencing SaaS sales cycles in a GTM technology environment.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations including Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive.
- Experience working with APIs, AI tools, and sales automation technologies.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
