Responsibilities
Position Purpose: Senior QA Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability. This role focuses on improving testing efficiency, enhancing test coverage, and supporting continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes to deliver high-quality applications with minimal defects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Implement and optimize test automation frameworks to enhance reusability and scalability.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Work with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth test execution in various environments.
- Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and ensure maximum test coverage.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to implement test strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, document, and track defects in issue management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug resolution and retesting.
- Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to identify bottlenecks in the application.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to align testing with business goals.
- Continuously explore new automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or similar languages for test automation scripting.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests.
- Experience with Postman or similar tools for automated API testing.
- Familiarity with NBomber or similar tools to conduct performance and stress testing.
