Responsibilities
Position Purpose: We’re looking for a QA Automation Lead to elevate quality across our Global Payments organization. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that combines deep automation expertise with ownership of end-to-end UAT programs. You will define quality engineering standards, architect scalable automation solutions, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, DevOps, and Operations to ensure our mission-critical payments platform is secure, resilient, and ready for production.

Drive adoption of shift-left testing, including contract tests, static analysis, and performance testing.
Monitor CI/CD health, triage failures, and ensure automation remains a first-class citizen in the delivery lifecycle.
UAT Leadership & Business Partnership
Own the planning, coordination, execution, and sign-off of UAT cycles across features, releases, and compliance-driven changes.
Create structured UAT plans, acceptance criteria, runbooks, and stakeholder communications.
Lead cross-functional defect triage, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and transparently.
Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business operations (settlements, reconciliations, payments workflows).

Partner with Product, Operations, and stakeholders to validate real-world workflows (e.g., settlements, reconciliations, cross-border flows). The role has a direct impact on technology choices, testing standards, and overall engineering excellence. 🗂️ Requirements: Proven experience in leading QA teams, Advanced knowledge of test automation, Strong understanding of SDLC, Experience in designing test architecture, Hands-on experience with regression, smoke, and manual testing, Experience working with cross-functional product teams, Ability to select and evaluate testing technologies 📃 Skills: Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Java, SDLC, AI, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Android, iOS 🏢 Description: O roli: W naszej organizacji rola QA Lead to rola techniczna.
