Responsibilities
Test Architecture & Strategy: Plan, design, and execute integration, system, usability, and End-to-End (E2E) testing suites. Support business units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Backend & API Automation ($70\%$ Focus): Build and scale automated API test coverage, verifying data contracts, JSON payloads, and response structures.
Frontend & Mobile Automation ($30\%$ Focus): Maintain and extend cross-browser web automation and native mobile testing workflows.

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer , you will be working for our client, a leading player in the software development industry committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Your main responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (UI, API, regression, integration) to enhance testing efficiency. Develop and optimize automation frameworks aligned with industry best practices. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor their stability. Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Support manual testing activities, including functional and exploratory tests, based on user requirements. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality and test planning within sprints. Co-create and refine Definition of Done and Definition of Ready for QA. Identify potential quality risks and propose preventive measures to mitigate them. You’re ideal for this role if you have: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or Test Automation Engineer. Practical knowledge of Java programming language. Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Postman/Newman. Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins. Ability to create test cases and work with test management tools (e.g., Jira + Xray/Zephyr). Good knowledge of Git and testing techniques, including ISTQB fundamentals. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
