This role focuses on translating creative strategy into compelling visual assets, developing motion and static creative across multiple platforms, and delivering polished work that drives performance while maintaining brand consistency.

The anticipated annual salary range is $74,000 - $95,000.

This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.

You Will Be

  • Concepting, designing, and producing high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Search, and emerging channels
  • Partnering with Creative Strategists, Designers, Account teams, and stakeholders to translate creative strategy into performance-driven assets
  • Developing creative concepts, presenting work to clients, incorporating feedback, and guiding concepts through production
  • Creating pixel-perfect creative assets while ensuring consistency, quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to briefs and brand guidelines
  • Designing, adapting, versioning, resizing, and optimizing creative across formats and channels
  • Supporting creative testing initiatives with iterative asset variations
  • Maintaining brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable resources
  • Providing creative feedback, quality assurance, and production guidance
  • Improving workflows through documentation, best practices, and training resources
  • Staying current on industry trends, platform innovations, and emerging AI tools
  • Leading larger-scale creative initiatives and full-funnel campaigns

You Must Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, client-facing, or fast-paced creative environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design and motion graphics work
  • Experience creating paid digital creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Amazon, and other digital channels
  • Ability to translate creative strategy and brand guidelines into digital assets
  • Strong visual design, typography, layout, and motion design skills
  • Presentation design skills in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality creative quickly
  • Curiosity about AI-powered design tools and emerging creative technologies

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation, and digital production workflows
  • Knowledge of paid social and digital advertising formats
  • Experience creating design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable templates
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools

Nice to Have
