Due to continued growth, we are hiring a UAT Tester to join our client in Dublin.
This role involves User Acceptance Testing of technical system changes and supports the delivery of technical projects impacting the Accounting & Reporting (A&R) and Finance teams. You’ll be understanding the finance requirements or changes, conducting user acceptance testing, and implementing new processes for handover to the BAU teams.

Key Responsibilities
- The priority of this role will be Finance User Acceptance Testing for the IRIS program
- Strong accounting knowledge is essential
- Participate throughout all project phases including requirements gathering, User Story and Acceptance Criteria review, solution design support, UAT, implementation into the A&R team processes, and post implementation support
- Projects include Finance Operations and Accounting processes within the insurance system (OPUS/IRIS) and related systems, including large scale technical upgrades and small system changes
- Develop understanding of system functionality and finance processes conducted on the system
- Complete detailed user acceptance testing from test case design through output review and sign off to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
- Perform finance scenario testing across multiple arrangements including regression testing
- Support business readiness activities including procedure documentation, user training, and post go-live support prior to handoff to BAU
- Support onboarding of new arrangements and large clients, including identifying technical requirements and manual processes
- Participate in process improvement projects including macros, process mapping, documentation, and redesign
- Act as back-up for the Projects team mailbox to ensure finance user issues are addressed promptly
- Support ad-hoc projects where necessary
- Participate in team communications and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in a Finance environment with strong account postings knowledge
- Degree level education in Business, Finance, or Accountancy
- Professional Accounting qualification is advantageous
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Visio
- Experience reviewing and participating in User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in at least one large scale system project or several process improvement initiatives is advantageous
- Ability to maintain documentation supporting accounting requirements and approvals
- Ability to work independently using initiative
- Highly numerate with experience in complex reconciliation work and strong attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Main Responsibilities Execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors implementations and HR integrations. Participate in defining and documenting exhaustive test scenarios covering all relevant domains. Validate HR processes, including Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, and payroll. Ensure compliance with Belgian legal obligations and SAP localizations during testing. Conduct data validation activities like employee master data validation and interface reconciliation. Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR local systems, payroll, and other applications. Coordinate testing activities with business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Monitor testing progress, document status reports, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary. Support integration testing and go-live readiness activities. Communicate effectively with project management and stakeholders. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Test Consultant with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors landscapes. Understanding of HR processes across Core HR and Soft HR domains. Strong experience with end-to-end business process testing. Hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios. Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French for functional discussions.
