Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to determine and delegate short- and long-term clinical and business growth initiatives
- Develop and implement internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth
- Oversee Clinical Supervisors to ensure efficient hiring, staffing, and case maintenance
- Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training oversight for new team members
- Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments
- Ensure effective communication with service coordinators and school districts
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of session notes and clinical records
- Provide direct and/or indirect services, conduct evaluations, and cover staff absences as needed
- Participate in collaborative meetings with educators, BCBAs/LBAs, RBTs, related service providers, parents, and districts
- Manage scheduling, supervision, evaluation, attendance entries, and billing review
- Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and business teams
- Supervise RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates as needed
- Oversee Special Educators and Related Service Providers in school, home, and community settings
- Attend and present professional development trainings
Background Requirements
- NYS Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services
- BCBA Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with children with special needs (ages 5–21) in a school setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
- Bilingual is a plus
