  • Status: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (hours may vary pending business needs)
  • Compensation: $95,000-$105,000

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service (FFS) depending on current caseload and may be subject to change.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on short- and long-term clinical and business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth.
  • Oversee Clinical Supervisors to ensure efficient hiring, staffing, and quality service delivery.
  • Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of session notes and clinical records.
  • Provide direct and indirect services, conduct evaluations, and cover staff absences as needed.
  • Participate in collaborative meetings with educators, BCBAs/LBAs, RBTs, and related service providers.
  • Manage scheduling, supervision, evaluation, attendance review, and billing oversight.
  • Supervise RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates as needed.
  • Oversee Special Educators and Related Service Providers across school, home, and community settings.
  • Attend and present professional development trainings.

Background Requirements

  • NYS Driver's License and Proof of Insurance
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with children with special needs (ages 5–21) in a school setting
  • Minimum 2 years experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
  • Bilingual is a plus
