Details about this opportunity

• Location: Westchester, NY Region (supervision in school buildings and homes across Westchester County)
• Status: Full Time
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm (hours may vary pending business needs)
• Compensation: $95,000–$105,000

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service (FFS) depending on caseload and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to determine and delegate short- and long-term clinical and business growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth.
• Oversee Clinical Supervisors to ensure efficient hiring, staffing, and quality service delivery.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of session notes and clinical documentation.
• Provide direct and/or indirect services, conduct evaluations, and cover staff absences as needed.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with educators, BCBAs/LBAs, TAs/BTs/RBTs, related providers, parents, and districts.
• Manage scheduling, supervision, evaluation, attendance review, and billing oversight.
• Supervise RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates.
• Oversee Special Educators and Related Service Providers in school, home, and community settings.
• Attend and present professional development trainings.

Required Background

• NYS Driver's License and Proof of Insurance
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA Certification required
• Minimum 5 years experience working with children with special needs (ages 5–21) in a school setting
• Minimum 2 years experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
• Bilingual is a plus
