Overview

The Senior HRIS Business Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, optimize technology solutions, and support strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, managing system enhancements, supporting HR technology platforms, and delivering projects that improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and the employee experience.

Your Impact

  • SDLC Project Management – Knowledge of the software development process from requirements through delivery to production; document and communicate project risks.
  • Software Analysis – Define requirements, evaluate existing functionality, and recommend process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Software Review and Testing – Perform QA, including development and execution of test plans and cases.
  • Support – Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
  • Documentation – Produce user and operational documentation and release notes.
  • Change Management – Ensure compliance with change management processes and coordinate resolution of software defects.
  • Communication – Elicit and document business requirements; communicate consistently with stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement – Improve HR processes through automation, standardization, and system enhancements.
  • Partnership – Gather, document, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG across HRIS modules.
  • Experience supporting or optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience configuring enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project and operational risks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems, preferably UKG Workforce Management.
  • Experience participating in end-to-end HRMS implementations.
  • Proven success leading HR technology initiatives and enhancements.

Position Specifics

The base salary range for this position is $99,000 to $125,000 annually, with potential additional compensation such as commissions and discretionary bonuses based on experience and performance.

Benefits may include medical and financial plans, 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program, and paid time off including vacation, sick time, and personal leave.

This is an at-will position, and compensation programs may be modified based on performance and market factors.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $99,450 to $132,600.
