Job Summary
The Wealth Path Wealth Advisor works in a client-focused, team-centered environment under the direction of the firm's leadership to support region-wide business development and client service efforts.
Essential Job Functions
- Function as the primary trusted advisor to a book of 150–250 Wealth Path clients
- Ensure client retention and bring in additional assets to transition clients into Custom Wealth
- Onboard or transition 10–50 new clients annually to build a book of up to 250 clients
- Support Regional Vice Presidents and Managing Directors as a subject matter expert in investments, tax, pension, estate, insurance, and financial planning
- Analyze, draft, edit, deliver, and present financial planning modules to clients
- Manage client communications and coordinate with clients' other advisors
- Ensure adherence to company standards of client care, annual meetings, referrals, and retention
- Attend workshops or lectures and speak to potential clients when required
- Implement company policies and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance preferred); Master’s degree a plus
Experience
- Five to twenty-five years of job-related experience
Certifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
- Additional certifications such as ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC considered
