AI GTM Engineer
Senior • On-site
4,000 - 5,000 EUR
Gdansk, Poland
Elfsquad helps manufacturers scale customer-specific solutions without losing what makes them unique. We intend to grow the same way. We build AI into how our customers configure and quote; this role builds AI into how we go to market so our own growth reflects the way we build our product.
This is not a traditional marketing, RevOps or automation role. It's an AI building role. You work closely with the marketing team, but you operate as an AI architect: you own the go-to-market engine. You design the system, build the parts that run it, and challenge how GTM is done rather than inherit it; measured on whether it actually moves the metrics that matter: qualified pipeline, conversion, cost per lead.
A big part of the work is using AI directly in marketing: generating and adapting content, tailoring campaigns to each segment and persona, sharpening targeting and SEO, and running the test-and-learn loops that are too slow to do by hand. The other part is building smart AI agents; autonomous systems that take on the work themselves: researching accounts, enriching and scoring leads, personalizing outreach, and feeding clean signals back into the funnel. Together they turn tooling, data and AI models into systems that create real marketing leverage: more pipeline, better quality, and higher velocity.
Poland is your starting point and touchstone: a new market where you build the systems from the ground up. Prove them here, then scale what works into Elfsquad's existing markets (Benelux, DACH and the Nordics) and into new ones. The AI GTM Engineer sits in Marketing, is part of the commercial team, and reports directly to the CCO.
Your Role:
Analyze existing marketing and sales processes (HubSpot, inbound, outbound, content, enrichment) and expose manual work, friction and inefficiencies.
Test new AI tools, models and automation concepts, learn fast, and actively stop what doesn’t work.
Design and actually implement AI-driven flows for lead discovery, enrichment, scoring and routing.
Use AI to produce relevant, on brand content and campaigns (inbound, SEO/GEO, nurture) without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
Set up outbound flows based on buying signals and intent, with deep personalization for complex buying committees, with the help of AI.
Make the effect on pipeline, conversion and velocity measurable and report it honestly.
Constructively challenge marketing and sales with insights and concrete proposals.
Build and orchestrate AI agents that handle marketing and sales work end to end; systems that research, decide and act on their own, not just one-off automations.
Set sensible guardrails: keep AI output accurate, on-brand and compliant
Turn what works into something repeatable: document, templatize and package proven systems so they scale from one market into other markets and can be run by the team, not only by you.
You:
Have built AI systems yourself: designing and shipping AI-driven workflows (agents, enrichment, scoring, personalization), not just using them. Using a chatbot doesn't count; building systems does.
Know where to point AI at a B2B funnel: a solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing dynamics (ICP, buying committees, pipeline, what actually moves it), and a clear sense of where AI creates leverage and where it doesn't.
Are hands-on with HubSpot and the modern, AI-enabled GTM stack: enrichment, outreach and data tooling (e.g. Clay, n8n, Apollo), wired together into working flows.
Can tell whether the AI is actually working: define the right metric, run a clean experiment, evaluate agent/model output, and tell signal from noise.
Design AI systems end-to-end: think about how the parts connect, not patching point problems with a one-off prompt.
Have judgment on quality and brand: you can tell good output from plausible-looking output, and hold the bar even when AI makes it easy to ship fast.
Are fluent in Polish and English, verbal and written (German is a plus).

You need to be able to survive in a scrappy entrepreneur environment. This means often you need to figure it out but yet also not wander in the desert. We will be there with you, but if you want an easy job, go work at the government. Meritocracy – The best idea wins, not who it comes from… This means you can be direct & transparent with anyone. Test your ideas starting with analysis, form hypotheses, test small, measure results, iterate, and scale big with data. We can’t have perfect data. So when a decision is made, get on board. Own Yourself – We do what we say, and own what we’ve done. Mistakes happen. But the worst thing that can happen is when someone doesn’t own and learn from them. You trust us. We trust you. Self Actualization – This is a place for hyper learning. We want to scale. You need to scale with us, this doesn't always mean climbing some ladder, but upleveling skill – closing gaps, growing and being self actualized. Conscious Teamwork – No politics. No bullshit. Rather integrity, emotional intelligence, transparency and curiosity. Attack ideas, not people. Cheers, 👨🏻🦲 Patrick Stiles CEO @ Vidalytics

Shelf enables AI Agents to reliably reason and deliver precise and reliable outcomes at scale. We already have what most AI startups are still trying to earn: Enterprise customers such as Glovo, Nespresso, and HelloFresh, real production data, and tens of thousands of users. Customers trust us with operational knowledge: Our platform is highly reliable and secure with SOC2, HIPAA-ready security practices, and mature integrations in place. Krakow, MA, Poland
15,000 - 25,000 PLN
🏢 Summary: Full-Stack Product Engineer role focused on building and evolving a visual IDE for designing and deploying conversational AI agents. The position involves end-to-end ownership of features across frontend and backend, including AI copilot integration, real-time simulation, and enterprise-grade UX. The engineer will deliver production-ready solutions that balance performance, reliability, and fluent AI-driven interactions. 🗂️ Requirements: Significant production experience with React, Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Experience with modern Next.js or equivalent frameworks, Full-stack development experience across API design, data modeling, and UI, Experience with relational databases, Experience using ORMs, Ability to build and ship production-ready features end-to-end, Experience integrating AI tools or model APIs into production workflows, Fluent English (B2), Fluent Polish (C1) 📃 Skills: React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, APIs, REST, SQL, ORM, AI, LLM, Claude, HTML, CSS 🏢 Description: About Lekta AI Founded in 2016 in Kraków, Poland , Lekta AI is a technological company working with major European banking , insurance , and telco enterprises . The company was set up with an ambitious goal of providing the best customer service in the world . Lekta stands out from the crowd of conversational AI companies because we combine technological expertise with domain-specific knowledge from contact center industry veterans . Through the use of our proprietary conversational neurosymbolic engine and backend integrations , our systems are intent- and context-aware , handling over 1.5 million conversations every month . Today, with offices in Poland and Spain , Lekta is rapidly expanding its business division to scale operations internationally . About the role Lekta is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build and evolve the IDE that creators use to design conversational agents — the surface where every Lekta user actually does their work. This is product engineering at the heart of the platform : visual editing , the in-product AI copilot , real-time simulation , and the workflows that decide whether building an agent feels effortful or natural . UX quality is product quality here; the people using your work spend hours inside it every day . You will own features end-to-end across the stack , work close to product and design , and ship into a real customer feedback loop . We are building the next generation of conversational AI — a platform where the creator's experience is itself AI-native . Think of what Lovable did for app-building, applied to conversational agents: a visual IDE , a copilot that helps the user shape, refine and evolve the agent, and a runtime engineered to deploy what gets built into enterprise production . What makes the engineering genuinely hard is the combination our agents have to deliver simultaneously: fluent (natural language, real conversation), fast (sub-second on live voice channels), and reliable (predictable behaviour under real customer pressure, every time). Most stacks force a choice between two of those at the cost of the third. We don't , and that constraint shapes almost every engineering problem we work on. AI is a power tool , and we treat it like one. Lekta engineers are encouraged — and equipped — to use AI deeply across their work: Claude Code , model APIs , copilot tooling . We invest in the accounts, tooling, and time it takes to get fluent with them. We don't measure people on lines committed ; we measure on what gets delivered and how well it holds up in production . We are not an agentic-workflow company . AI generates; the engineer directs and reviews. Every change going out under your name has been read, understood, and signed off by you . Responsibilities Build and evolve the IDE that creators use to design, refine and ship conversational agents — visual editor , simulation , debugging , observability surfaces Build the in-product AI copilot — the assistant that helps users shape, refine, and evolve their agents inside the IDE Own product features end-to-end : from API and data model to UI , including sharing , collaboration , and multi-tenant workflows Deliver high UX quality at the level enterprise customers expect of a tool they spend hours in every day — typography , layout , motion , performance Integrate with the runtime layer to surface live simulation , traces , and operational signals into the IDE Work closely with product , design , and users — both on what to build next and on whether what shipped actually solved the problem Qualities Significant production experience with React and TypeScript at depth , including modern Next.js (or equivalent) patterns Strong full-stack range — comfortable moving between API design , data modelling , and UI in a single feature, owning what you ship after release Eye for UX — you notice when interactions are off, you care about typography , motion , layout , and performance , and you hold the bar even when nobody is watching Comfort with relational databases and ORMs — you can model a feature's data layer without needing a backend specialist on call Track record of shipping production work with AI in your daily loop , and reviewing what it produces Experience building visual editors , AI copilot / assistant interfaces , or developer tools is strongly preferred Fluent in English (B2) and Polish (C1) ; other languages are a plus Why join us Visible impact — your engineering decisions land in real customer experience , not in roadmap slides Real ownership — few layers between you and production, and close work with engineering leadership and founders AI-first workflow with company-paid tooling — Claude Code , model access , IDEs of your choice Flexible contract types ( B2B / Employment Contract ), work arrangements , and working hours Remote, hybrid or in-office — from a location of your choice Direct, low-bureaucracy, results-oriented culture ; no micromanagement Competitive salary , with an honest conversation about trajectory as Lekta scales
