You'll own features end-to-end — from pixel-perfect frontend work to shipping backend functionality when needed. This is not a siloed role. You'll move fast, make real decisions, and have direct impact on a product used by people who care deeply about learning and research. We don't have managers. We have engineers who own their work. TECH STACK The stack is heavily TypeScript. On the frontend: SvelteKit, Tailwind, DaisyUI, and Playwright, with DDD and CQRS patterns. On the backend: Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, and queues. ML components are in Python. The stack is pragmatic, not dogmatic — tools may shift as the product evolves. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Elite communication You set accurate expectations and live up to them. No surprises, no ambiguity about status or blockers. Deep resilience Bugs, crises, tough reviews — you have a large buffer before stress impacts your output. You don't crack under pressure. No ego We're here to build something great, not to manage insecurities. The best idea wins, regardless of who had it. Product mastery You understand the engineering principles behind the best software ever made — and care deeply about the difference between good and great. Independent and obsessive by nature You go deep on everything you touch. You're a lifelong learner who can't help but care about quality. Being an ex-founder is a bonus. ENGINEERING CULTURE Optional code reviews We trust you. Merge when you're ready. Ask for a second pair of eyes when you want one. Radical autonomy We don't second-guess your decisions. You own the call. High-bandwidth collaboration Constant communication means everyone has context without formal gates or status meetings. Direct feedback Code reviews are blunt, concise, and respectful. We say what we mean. Ruthless efficiency We aggressively adopt any tool — AI included — that increases speed and leverage. Limited frontend test coverage Supplemented by strong architecture and top talent, not bureaucratic QA processes. RECRUITMENT PROCESS Recruiter screening — a short intro call to align on basics. 1-on-1 with the engineering lead — a conversation about how you think and work. Technical challenge (~4 hours) — use AI, Google, or any resource you need. We care about the result, not the method. One-month paid contract — with the possibility to extend indefinitely. Honest, frequent feedback throughout so you always know where you stand. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary $100,000 – $150,000 depending on experience. Equity and profit share Core team members receive both equity and profit share as part of the compensation package. Unlimited PTO Use your own judgement — we won't count days. Steep learning curve You'll grow faster here than almost anywhere else — by design, not accident. Real ownership No managers capping your authority. You own your work end-to-end, with the full trust of the team behind you.

ELFSQUAD POLAND
AI GTM Engineer
Senior
On-site
Gdansk, Poland
4,000 - 5,000 EUR
🏢 Summary: AI GTM Engineer role focused on designing and building AI-driven go-to-market systems that improve pipeline, conversion, and lead quality. The position involves creating autonomous AI agents, automating lead discovery and scoring, and integrating AI across marketing and sales workflows. Starting in the Polish market, the role scales proven AI systems across international markets. 🗂️ Requirements: Experience building AI-driven workflows and agents, Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern GTM stack, Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels, Ability to design end-to-end AI systems, Experience with lead enrichment, scoring, and personalization systems, Ability to define metrics and run experiments to evaluate AI performance, Fluency in Polish and English 📃 Skills: AI, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Apollo, SEO, GEO, Automation, Enrichment, Scoring, Personalization, Outbound, Inbound, Data, Agents 🏢 Description: Elfsquad helps manufacturers scale customer-specific solutions without losing what makes them unique. We intend to grow the same way. We build AI into how our customers configure and quote; this role builds AI into how we go to market so our own growth reflects the way we build our product. This is not a traditional marketing, RevOps or automation role. It's an AI building role . You work closely with the marketing team, but you operate as an AI architect : you own the go-to-market engine. You design the system, build the parts that run it, and challenge how GTM is done rather than inherit it; measured on whether it actually moves the metrics that matter: qualified pipeline, conversion, cost per lead. A big part of the work is using AI directly in marketing: generating and adapting content, tailoring campaigns to each segment and persona, sharpening targeting and SEO , and running the test-and-learn loops that are too slow to do by hand. The other part is building smart AI agents; autonomous systems that take on the work themselves: researching accounts, enriching and scoring leads, personalizing outreach, and feeding clean signals back into the funnel. Together they turn tooling, data and AI models into systems that create real marketing leverage : more pipeline, better quality, and higher velocity. Poland is your starting point and touchstone: a new market where you build the systems from the ground up. Prove them here, then scale what works into Elfsquad's existing markets (Benelux, DACH and the Nordics) and into new ones. The AI GTM Engineer sits in Marketing, is part of the commercial team, and reports directly to the CCO. Your Role: Analyze existing marketing and sales processes (HubSpot, inbound, outbound, content, enrichment) and expose manual work, friction and inefficiencies. Test new AI tools, models and automation concepts, learn fast, and actively stop what doesn’t work. Design and actually implement AI-driven flows for lead discovery, enrichment, scoring and routing. Use AI to produce relevant, on brand content and campaigns (inbound, SEO/GEO, nurture) without sacrificing quality or brand voice. Set up outbound flows based on buying signals and intent, with deep personalization for complex buying committees, with the help of AI. Make the effect on pipeline, conversion and velocity measurable and report it honestly. Constructively challenge marketing and sales with insights and concrete proposals. Build and orchestrate AI agents that handle marketing and sales work end to end; systems that research, decide and act on their own, not just one-off automations. Set sensible guardrails: keep AI output accurate, on-brand and compliant Turn what works into something repeatable: document, templatize and package proven systems so they scale from one market into other markets and can be run by the team, not only by you. You: Have built AI systems yourself : designing and shipping AI-driven workflows (agents, enrichment, scoring, personalization), not just using them. Using a chatbot doesn't count; building systems does. Know where to point AI at a B2B funnel : a solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing dynamics (ICP, buying committees, pipeline, what actually moves it), and a clear sense of where AI creates leverage and where it doesn't. Are hands-on with HubSpot and the modern, AI-enabled GTM stack : enrichment, outreach and data tooling (e.g. Clay, n8n, Apollo), wired together into working flows. Can tell whether the AI is actually working: define the right metric, run a clean experiment, evaluate agent/model output, and tell signal from noise. Design AI systems end-to-end : think about how the parts connect, not patching point problems with a one-off prompt. Have judgment on quality and brand: you can tell good output from plausible-looking output, and hold the bar even when AI makes it easy to ship fast. Are fluent in Polish and English , verbal and written (German is a plus). What We Offer: We believe that great results come from people who feel trusted, supported and set up to do their best work. That's why we offer benefits that are meaningful and practical, designed for real life. Compensation - a good salary based upon knowledge and experience Resources - all the tools you need for the job, including a MacBook ready from day one and a workspace in the our office in Gdansk Hybrid set-up - you get to work from our office in Gdansk, with the occasional visits at our HQ in The Netherlands, and office in Germany. Work from home - possibility to work from home. Quarterly meetings - every quarter we get together for alignment, collaboration, and team building, each time in a different city. At Commerce Media Tech , part of Team Internet Group , we’re building the next generation of commerce and retail media technology from the ground up. We’re the team behind Zeropark, and now we’re creating a brand‑new platform designed for speed, experimentation, and AI‑powered innovation. If you love turning “this might work” into “here’s a working prototype we can test today,” you’ll fit right in. This is not traditional software engineering. This is product engineering at the frontier—rapid experiments, smart MVPs, real user data, and decisions driven by learning velocity. What you’ll work on As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll operate across the full stack to quickly validate ideas, kill weak ones, and scale the winners. You will: Build prototypes, MVPs, and experiments that validate or kill business hypotheses in days—not months Develop AI‑driven features such as real‑time shopping intent analysis, smart optimisation, and audience extension Create internal tools and automations that make the team faster—dashboards, data pipelines, workflow hacks, and more Run integration experiments with publishers, retailers, data partners, and clean‑room platforms Work end‑to‑end within a product trio (Product Manager + Product Designer + Product Engineer) from discovery through build What makes this role different This role is ideal for someone who: Thrives in ambiguity and loves figuring out what to build—not just how to build it Ships functional prototypes fast using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Figma Make, or similar Knows when AI‑generated code is “good enough” for an experiment and when proper engineering is needed for production Wants direct access to users, customers, and real data to inform product decisions Enjoys killing their own work when the data says it’s the right call This is a place where engineers don’t wait for tickets. You shape the product, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes—not just outputs. What we expect in your first 60 days Ship your first working prototype or POC within two weeks Own at least one experiment end‑to‑end—from hypothesis to build to “kill or scale” decision Build or improve an internal tool that materially speeds up the team Form your own opinion on our stack and where AI tooling provides the biggest leverage What you bring Must‑haves Full‑stack capability—frontend, API, and database; nothing blocks you Fluency with AI coding tools and a portfolio that proves it Product thinking: you ask “should we build this?” before “how do I build it?” Comfort with ambiguity and rapid scoping Experience building MVPs/POCs that influenced real decisions Strong signals Side projects, apps, tools, automations you’ve built for fun or impact Ad‑tech, e‑commerce, marketplace, or distributed systems experience JVM (Java, Kotlin) and AWS background Comfort with metrics, experiment design, and pulling your own numbers A track record of killing your own experiments when data proved they shouldn’t ship Show us what you’ve built. That’s what matters. We work with AWS, Kotlin, Java, Spring, Kafka, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, Python, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, and DataDog—but we care more about your ability to build than the tools you already know. AI tools are not optional here—they’re standard equipment. Why you'll love working here There are many reasons to come on board our team of talented professionals, but here are just a few… We are collaborative, fair, consciously inclusive, and flexible We trust, value, and support our people to make the difference We believe that diversity of thought and experience provides the platform for innovation and creativity We invest in the development of our people to drive our ambitions forward We offer a range of benefits (including your choice of tech) and a competitive package We offer a great work environment in an internationally successful enterprise in the online services industry At Team Internet, we believe in equal opportunities for everyone. We value diversity and make sure all applicants get a fair chance, because we know that our collective strength and diversity makes us stronger. Senior Fullstack Product Engineer - Typescript/Node/AI

Stockholm, Sweden
🏢 Summary: Senior full-stack consultant role to lead the end-to-end build and delivery of a self-service advertising platform enabling merchants to book and monitor campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and Adform. The engagement focuses on shipping an MVP booking and reporting flow, integrating third-party ad APIs, and designing scalable architecture for future PIM and billing extensions. Hybrid role in Stockholm, starting in August for 6 months with possible extension. 🗂️ Requirements: 5+ years software engineering experience, End-to-end product ownership (scoping, build, delivery, project management), Strong TypeScript proficiency, Strong Node.js proficiency, Full-stack development experience, Production experience with third-party API integrations, Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Codex), Ability to set guardrails and review AI-generated code, Availability from August, Based in Stockholm with hybrid onsite availability, Willingness to travel to Oslo when required 📃 Skills: TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Airflow, Meta, Snapchat, Adform, APIs, Claude, Codex 🏢 Description: Start: August Duration: 6 months + possible extension Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm Please note: we are only looking for someone based in Stockholm. Background We need a senior full-stack consultant to lead the build of a self-service advertising platform for, where merchants book and monitor their own short-term campaigns and the system runs the ads across Meta, Snapchat, and Adform. A spec and an early prototype already exist, so the job is to make it real, ship it, and improve it over a six-month engagement. Scope of work The platform lets store merchants plan, launch, and monitor short-term campaigns themselves, with little manual work, and it needs to scale to hundreds of stores and thousands of campaigns. A merchant books a campaign through a guided form, the system creates the ads across Meta, Snapchat, and Display/Adform, and pulls performance data into a reporting dashboard. The build covers a merchant-facing booking flow, the third-party ad-platform integrations, scheduled reporting jobs, and a billing layer that reconciles booked budget against actual spend. The MVP is a working booking-and-reporting flow. PIM integration and detailed invoicing come later, so you structure the data and architecture now to support that without a rewrite. You won't start from a blank page. With a spec and an early prototype in hand, you pressure-test it with the client and the merchants, ship a first version, learn from how people use it, and improve from there. You own the engagement end to end, from scoping through the technical decisions, delivery, and project management. Ways of working and stack The work is execution-first and AI-native. We build with Claude Code and Codex against in-house skills that teach the agents our conventions, and an internal platform handles the infrastructure toil. The agents produce a lot of the code, so the value is in judgment: you set the guardrails, check the output, and decide what to build and what to cut. Our frontend runs on Vue 3 and TypeScript; backend services on Node.js over PostgreSQL, deployed to Kubernetes; data in BigQuery and ClickHouse, orchestrated with Airflow. Knowing the stack helps but isn't required. Requirements (Mandatory) You must meet all of these. Cover each one in your response. Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning a product area end to end: scoping, build, delivery, and project management against a client who expects to see progress. Strong in TypeScript and Node.js, working across backend and frontend. Experience integrating third-party APIs in production. Work with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and can set guardrails and judge their output. Available from August, able to work from the Stockholm office on a hybrid basis, and open to travelling to Oslo when the work calls for it. How you work Start with the problem, not the code. You talk to users, form your own product opinions, and decide what's worth building instead of waiting for a spec. Use prototypes to think and to bring others along, getting something rough in front of people early. Have real views on where tools like Claude Code help and where they get in the way. High ownership and low ego. You drive your own work forward, push back on a spec that's wrong, and work well in a setup that's still taking shape.
