Aufgaben
Weiterentwicklung von Simulationsmethoden (mechanisch & thermisch)
Aufbau komplexer Simulationsmodelle für die eBike Drive Unit
Durchführung thermischer Simulationen gemeinsam mit Mechanik- und Sensorentwicklung
Auswertung und Interpretation der Ergebnisse
Erarbeitung und Präsentation von Optimierungsvorschlägen
Validierung und Optimierung der Modelle anhand von Messdaten
Anforderungen
Studium im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Simulation, Festigkeitslehre und Wärmeübertragung
Erfahrung mit FEM und CFD
Kenntnisse in Abaqus und FloEFD
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
