The ideal consultant is a highly experienced software engineer who can contribute hands-on while also bringing stability, technical leadership, and a calm, structured approach to the team. You will be involved in the development, integration, and maintenance of embedded software running on connected devices, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Location: Stockholm Duration: 9–12 months Start Date: September / October Language: English Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for connected devices. Contribute to the architecture and implementation of IoT solutions. Develop and optimize software components using Python and other relevant technologies. Support integration between device software, cloud services, and backend systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance and reliability. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams in an agile environment. Provide senior-level guidance and help create stability and structure within the development team. Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in embedded software development .
