Deployment, Cutover & Hypercare
Design and execute detailed dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, and simulation exercises to de-risk the deployment phase.
Certify total organizational and operational alignment for launch, looking past baseline technical functional testing.
Validate "Day 1" operational workflows and core business procedures against realistic production scenarios.
Partner with cross-functional digital and business units to co-develop and execute precise, step-by-step cutover schedules.
Manage the post-go-live hypercare window, closely tracking platform stability and preemptively mitigating post-deployment quality concerns.
Provide hands-on assistance and governance throughout the active roll-out phase.
Role Requirements & Competencies
Experience & Education
Higher education degree (University level).
A minimum of 6–8 years of proven track record in test management roles, specifically within large-scale, multifaceted digital initiatives.
Background in steering high-impact business transformation and change programs.
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and associated software implementation.
Solid grasp of navigating both Agile and blended/hybrid project frameworks.
Professional Skills & Traits
Expert-level knowledge of QA frameworks—from scoping and planning to execution, metrics, and executive reporting.
