Description

As a Primary Care Physician (PCP), you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to senior patients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and physical exams, developing personalized care plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions with accurate clinical documentation.

You will work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical rounds and quality management programs, and support patient advocacy through education and family conferences.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar
• Board certification preferred
• Active state medical license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience managing a patient panel
• Leadership experience preferred
• Geriatric care experience is a plus
• J-1 visa accepted
