Key Responsibilities HRSD Solution Design & Configuration Design, develop, and enhance HRSD components including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Document Management Configure HR services, business rules, UI policies, and workflow automations Build employee service experiences aligned with HR processes and SuccessFactors data models Ensure global process consistency across HRSD configurations SAP SuccessFactors Integration Collaborate with integration teams to implement and validate data flows between SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD Support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, and middleware solutions Define data mappings and transformation logic to ensure cross-platform consistency Ensure compliance with HR data security and privacy standards Platform Development & Technical Execution Develop automation using Flow Designer and HR case workflows Participate in upgrades, releases, and regression testing Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues across both platforms Collaborate with SAP and ServiceNow technical teams to ensure stability Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and SuccessFactors consultants Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Contribute to design workshops and provide HRSD subject matter expertise Support Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD Strong knowledge of: HRSD suite (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events) JavaScript and Glide API scripting Flow Designer and Workflow Editor REST/SOAP integrations and data transformation Solid understanding of HR processes and employee data models (e.g., onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, organizational structures) ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR (HRSD) certifications Very good command of English Nice to Have Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Org/Position Management) with ServiceNow Familiarity with middleware platforms (IntegrationHub, Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI) Experience in large-scale, multi-country HR transformation programs Knowledge of HR data privacy, role-based access, and security standards German language skills We offer: Remote working model Full-time job agreement based on b2b Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card Life insurance
