Serve as the product owner for key third-party MarTech platforms (e.g., Simon AI, Braze), including roadmap alignment and feature adoption. Partner with Engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable integrations between MarTech platforms and iHerb’s core systems. Translate marketing and business needs into clear technical requirements, data flows, and platform capabilities. Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, content operations, and experimentation through technology. Balance near-term marketing needs with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and technical health. Define success metrics and KPIs to measure platform performance, adoption, and business impact. Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.
